Customer hereby agrees to protect such products and services as confidential. As a further condition to the purchase and/or receipt of such products and/or services of the COMPANY by Customer, Customer agrees it will not, nor allow others, to directly or indirectly copy, distribute, resell, lend, lease, display, teach to others or show these products and/or services to others. A “Customer” includes anyone who receives the products or services of COMPANY, even if for free.

Customer agrees that no one may use these products and/or services in any manner without the written approval of COMPANY, except for the Customer who has agreed that his/her use is limited to his/her own personal use. In the event Customer disagrees with these terms, Customer must immediately discontinue using the products purchased from COMPANY. Anyone viewing or otherwise utilizing the products of COMPANY by such conduct is agreeing to be bound by the terms of set forth herein, and as such must immediately comply with the terms of this agreement. In the event that COMPANY discloses any portion of its information to the public, it should be understood that anything not publicly disclosed by COMPANY remains information that you have an obligation to protect and maintain as confidential.

Customer represents and warrants that he or she is at least 18 years old. In the event that Customer is under 18 years old, Customer will immediately discontinue using the products purchased from COMPANY.

e) AUTHORIZATION OF PURCHASE.

If you order anything posted at www.makemarketlaunch.com , you are additionally agreeing to pay the amounts set forth therein, that the COMPANY may charge your credit card for such amounts, and that you agree to the terms set forth on that webpage in addition to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Payment Terms; Orders:

An order is not binding upon COMPANY until it is accepted. COMPANY must receive payment before it will accept an order. Payment for product(s) ordered is due prior to shipment or provision of services. Customer can make payment by credit card, or some other method prearranged with COMPANY. You agree to pay the amount(s) due as specified on the invoice, and you agree to pay interest on all past-due sums at a rate of 1.5% per month or the highest rate allowed by law, whichever is greater.

2. Shipping Charges:

Your total cost for purchase of any product will include shipping and handling charges shown on the COMPANY invoice.

3. Title; Risk of Loss:

COMPANY will arrange for shipment of ordered product(s) to you, the Customer, Free On Board (F.O.B.) shipping point, meaning title to the product(s) – excepting software- and risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. COMPANY reserves a purchase money security interest in the product(s) until its receipt of the full amount due. You agree to allow COMPANY to sign appropriate documents on your behalf to permit COMPANY to protect its purchase money security interest. Title to software will remain with the licensor(s). All software is provided subject to the license agreement of the software maker. You agree to be bound by any software license agreement once the seal on the package is broken. COMPANY will advise you of estimated shipping dates, but COMPANY will, under no circumstances, be responsible for delays in delivery, and associated damages, due to events beyond its reasonable control, including without limitation, acts of God or public enemy, acts of federal, state or local government, fire, floods, civil disobedience, strikes, lockouts, and freight embargoes.

4. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions or the sales transaction between COMPANY and yourself shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflicts of law rules. Specifically, the validity, interpretation, and performance of this agreement shall not be governed by the United Nations Convention on the International Sale of Goods. COMPANY and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and the exclusive venue of the State Courts of the State of California, San Diego County, to resolve any dispute between them related hereto, and the parities waive all rights to contest this exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such Courts. Finally, you also agree not to bring any legal action, based upon any legal theory including contract, tort, equity or otherwise, against COMPANY that is more than one year after the date of the applicable invoice.

5. Severability:

If any provision contained in this agreement is or becomes invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in whole or in part, such invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability shall not affect the remaining provisions and portions of this agreement, and the invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision shall be deemed modified so as to have the most similar result that is valid and enforceable under applicable California law.

6. Waiver:

The failure of either party to require performance by the other party of any provision of this agreement shall not affect in any way the first party’s right to require such performance at any time thereafter. Any waiver by either party of a breach of any provision in this agreement shall not be taken or held by the other party to be a continuing waiver of that provision unless such waiver is made in writing.

7. Entire Agreement:

These Terms and Conditions (along with the incorporated California Privacy Policy and Privacy Policy) are the complete and exclusive agreement between the COMPANY and you, and they supersede all prior or contemporaneous proposals, oral or written, understandings, representations, conditions, warranties, and all other communications between the COMPANY and you relating to the subject products. How long is the Make, Market, Launch IT 2.0 training?  What does it consist of?
The Make, Market, Launch IT 2.0 training is delivered over seven weeks as a seven-module online training program. When you enroll in Make, Market, Launch IT, you will immediately receive access to Fast Track/21 Day Miracle and Module 1. Each of the additional modules will be released to you once a week, for the next six weeks. You will always have access to the previously released modules along with the current module released that week.

In addition to the video training, worksheets, templates and other resources included with each module in the program, you will have the opportunity to (1) attend 7 live Q&A implementation webinars with Pam and Mike (which will be recorded and posted inside the membership site), (2) take advantage of bonus materials and trainings that are released with each module online (interview, swipe files to model, how-to-guides, etc.) (3) use the Q&A forum to ask Pam and Mike direct questions—this is available anytime for up to a year, (4) participate in the private Facebook forum to connect with other participants and (5) attend the Live Event (with a guest)— scheduled for May 2-4, 2014 in San Diego.

How often are the modules released online?
New modules are released exactly once a week for seven weeks, counting from the day you enrolled in the program. For example, if you enrolled on a Tuesday, you'll receive the next module the following Tuesday. The seven modules are delivered over a seven-week period, beginning the day of your enrollment.

Also, there are bonuses associated with each module online that are released at the same time as each module.

Again, you will always have access to the previously released modules along with the current module released that week.

How many videos are there in the program?
There are 6-10 videos in each module, including additional explanation and documentation videos to compliment the primary content.

The videos range from 30-70 minutes each. Longer topics have been broken up into two separate videos.

Each module also includes a summary handout, mind map, templates and resources to reinforce what you're learning and help you stay focused and clear as you take action. They are also tagged so you can easily search for specific topics that are of interest.

How do I know how long a video is?
If you hover over the video with your mouse, a timeline will pop up along the bottom.

Are transcripts available for the videos?
Studies show that structured content summaries like handouts are more effective than transcripts. Therefore, each content video in the training contains a well-structured, designed summary handout (usually 8-20 pages in length) that reviews key concepts from the video, gives you examples and summarizes the main actions for you to take than follow through.

Most people find these much more convenient and useful than straight transcripts.

There is also a mind map that summarizes the core content of each module (located in the top right corner of each module online).

Is this course available in any other languages?
At this time, the course is only available in English.

Can I get a recording of the live webinars?
Each webinar is recorded and posted on the MML membership site along with a transcript for you to review at any time.

Do I receive all of the bonuses and specialized training at once?
The bonuses are released once a week with their associated modules under the "Bonuses" tab.  These include all the special interviews highlighted on the sales page, among other resources. Can I purchase specific modules, and not others?
No. Make, Market, Launch IT is a total-package system. Each module leads to the next. It is a complete program and we do not sell pieces a la carte.

If I don't want the bonuses, can I get a discount on the program?

Customer Success: Time Spent, Pre-Qualifications & Results

How much time does Make, Market, Launch take each week?
For the Fast Track module, you can expect it to take 30 minutes a day on average. The modules where you’re creating or recording your product might take closer to an hour, but this Fast Track session is designed to get your product done by doing one thing a day for 21 days.

The main MML program (Modules 1-7) will only take you a few hours per week, but remember that you can go at your own pace. We recommend taking action immediately after watching the videos. The amount of time you spend developing your new product will vary by the scope of your project and the format of deliverables to plan to create and produce.

We also have identified Power Modules within each session. If you are short on time, you can go right to the asterisked videos to target your learning.

What if I fall behind?
This is a self-paced course and this is YOUR PRODUCT. If you need to take a break, the materials will all be here when you come back. However, we encourage you to stay on track with our curriculum to build momentum and get the maximum benefit out of the program.

Where and when is the Live Event?
Our next event is scheduled for May 2-4, 2014 in San Diego, CA.

Do you provide meals at the event?
The hotel provides coffee and tea and we selected a venue that has a few options in the hotel as well as many great restaurants within walking distance. You'll receive a list of available options on site at the event. You are also encouraged to bring your own snacks as well.

Do we get complimentary or discounted lodging?

What if I can't make the Live Event?
We will professionally film the event and make the archive available for you . You'll receive a separate login to access this site once the event is over. However, participants report getting more benefit when they can attend live, as well as the opportunity to meet and collaborate with potential partners and colleagues who can help grow their businesses.

I cannot attend the Live Event. Can I send one or two people in my place?
Yes, you may send someone else to use your complimentary ticket(s). Register for the event using the "Community" tab within the MML Members' Site and pay the materials and registration fee, then send us the names of the new attendee(s) to support@MakeMarketLaunch.com.

What if I cannot attend and do not want to attend ? Can I get a discount for the amount the tickets cost?
No, at this time we only offer the program as a full package.

I don't want to buy this program. I just want to buy a ticket for the event. Is that allowed?
We expect to sell out our event with the package enrollments. If we have any available seats at the event, we will put you on a waiting list and we will notify you and make arrangements to sell tickets. However, ticket prices are usually the same as the entire product.

What if I need more than my two included tickets to the event?

Tech Support

Will I be able to do this if I'm "tech-challenged?"
Yes! MML is an easy to use training system. You will see all the available modules and videos when you log in, and all resources are clearly labeled. As this is a training course, technical knowledge is not required. Still, we have tech support resources available to you at any time should you need it when accessing the videos and training materials.

Also, remember you are also receiving the MML physical training kit as part of this package. The core training and materials are in this box and you can go through the program this way as well!

What kind of browser or computer operating system do I need to access the online training program?
The website runs best on Firefox and Chrome, on Macs, Windows and Linux-based computers. You can run it on Safari as well. If you do you have any video player issues, however, you may want to switch over to another browser.

What is the technology that runs the webinars?
The webinars will be run through GoToWebinar. You can find more information in their Frequently Asked Questions.

Do I need Flash or any special media players?
You will require a web browser with the Flash plugin installed. Most web browsers should already have Flash installed. If not, you will be prompted with a download link to install the Flash plugin.

The videos are also designed to work on mobile devices such as the Apple iPad and iPhone and most versions of the Android Operating system.

Again, remember that the core training videos and interviews are also available on DVD in your physical training kit.

Can I access the programs on more than one computer?
Yes, all of our programs are web-based and can be accessed from any Internet-ready device. As part of our digital rights management system, you can connect from as many as three different devices.

What if I'm having difficulties?

Can I change my password in the MML portal? The one automatically generated is hard to remember.

Can I get Mike or Pam's contact information?
We cannot provide private contact information, but they regularly check the Q&A forum and participate in the private Facebook group. You can address questions there.

What if I need help after I order the program? What kind of support do you offer?
We offer support in several different ways. We give you access to the Q&A Forum where you can post your questions to Mike and Pam at any time for a full year. You can also get additional support from the community in our closed Facebook Group.

At the live event, you'll also have the chance to interact with and learn from other product creators in the MML community as well as Pam and Mike.

How fast can I expect to be helped?
You can usually expect an email response within a business day, if not sooner. We do check our support lines periodically over the weekend as well.

But what if I have a question I want to ask privately?
You can submit this question in the support section of the website, where you can either call, email, or submit through the website. However, please note that it may take a bit longer for us to get back to you using this method.

How/When do I receive the bonus from my affiliate for purchasing through them?

    7. Entire Agreement:
